Local storage is disabled on your browser. You must enable local storage for Enterprise Vault Search to work. Check your browser Help for more information.

Cause
This error message occurs if the Internet Explorer > Website Data Settings options are configured incorrectly.
Resolution
In order to verify the
Internet Explorer >
Website Data Settings options, follow these steps:
- In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > General tab.
- Under Browsing history, click on Settings.
- In the Temporary Internet Files tab, under Check for newer version of stored pages, confirm that is set to Automatically, and that a Disk space and Current Location is configured correctly. If that is not the case, continue with the next step:

- Click on Move folder and set the Current Location to C:\Users\\Appdata\Local\Microsoft\windows\INetCache
- Logoff and logon to Windows to apply the new configuration.
If issue persists then perform the following to determine if it is related to the specific browser.
- Clear the browser cache and attempt to recreate the issue.
- Attempt to use another Web Browser such as Chrome or Edge. Does the issue continue to occur?
Issue/Introduction
Enterprise Vault users cannot perform a search using Internet Explorer.
