Cause

Enterprise Vault (EV) has a limitation of displaying a maximum of 1,000 archives during the PST Import process. When there are less than 1,000 archives, Enterprise Vault lists all the archives:

Resolution

  1. In the Enterprise Vault PST Migration Wizard, select Find Archive option:

  2. In the List Archives window, type the name of the archive, select the archive, and click OK:
