Zimbra does not support a non-standard port for SSL connections. If you plan to use SSL for users of Zimbra, you must configure IMAP access to use the standard port, 993.
When you manually synchronize the Zimbra client with the Enterprise Vault IMAP server, duplicate folders can be created in the client. The second instance of a duplicate folder has “-1” appended to its name.
In Zimbra, you cannot create two IMAP access accounts using the same email address. If you need to do this, you can create the second account using a dummy email address that is different from the first. Note that the dummy address cannot be changed after you have created the account.
IMAP folder names must not exceed 256 characters.
