Resolution
This issue has been addressed in the following release:
Enterprise Vault 12.3
Note: This is a server-side fix to the EV Search webpage, therefore you must upgrade the Enterprise Vault server to 12.3 to resolve the issue. Simply upgrading the Enterprise Vault Outlook Add-in to 12.3 will not resolve the issue.
Issue/Introduction
When launching EVS via MS Outlokk resizing columns are aesthetically incorrect, the width of the attachment column is too large, and when you try to expand columns "From" or "Subject" the other columns will resize on their own.
This issue does not exist when launching EVS via a web browser.
This has been seen with Enterprise Vault client 12.x.x versions.
