Resolution
1. Confirm that the archive in question is structured:
SELECT archivename,
structured
FROM archiveview
WHERE vaultentryid = 'Insert archive id here'
Note: If the archive is structured rebuild the index volume(s) for the archive in question
2. Walk through article 100017671:
Note: If the above does not allow the Move Archive Job to move forward stop archiving the mailbox in question, create a new archive, export the source archive to pst, and import the pst into the destination archive
