Cause

The link to the Confirmation Portal was inadvertantly removed from the Custodian Release Notice email in eDiscovery version 8.2 and later.

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in eDiscovery versions 8.3.4, 9.0.1 and 9.1.0.

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to eDiscovery version 8.2, 8.3 or 9.0, the Legal Hold Custodian Release Notice emails no longer contain a link to the Confirmation Portal. Custodians under multiple Legal Holds no longer have a way to check the current status of those other holds.
