Resolution

These warnings do not indicate any functional problems with the Veritas eDiscovery Platform, even though they sound ominous.  The error reporting level can be changed to show only true Survey Response Monitor Thread errors by adding the following logging  property.

Navigate to System > Logs > Settings
In the Show settings drop-down, select All.
At the bottom left corner of the window, click Add.
Module Name:  log4j.category.org.apache.cxf.jaxws.WrapperClassGenerator
Log Level:  Error
Duration:  Permanent
Click Save to apply.

Issue/Introduction

eDiscovery server logs are filled with benign warnings from the LitHold Survey Response Monitor Thread. Depending upon the size of the Legal Hold environment, these warnings may be generated as often as every 100 milliseconds, filling the server log to the point of being unreadable or difficult to open.
