Event ID: 41312 - The Indexing Service could not complete all the required startup routines: The account that this Service is running under is not a member of the local IIS_IUSERS group on this computer. Service will be stopped.
Cause
This issue can occur when the The Client for Microsoft Networks setting is not selected on the network card on the Enterprise Vault server.
Solution
Ensure that the Client for Microsoft Networks setting is selected.
