This issue can occur when the Vault ID (ArchiveFolderID) stored in the Saveset (DVS file) listed in the events does not have a corresponding entry in the Vault Store Database - Vault table and /or Enterprise Vault Directory Database- Root table.

Solution

• EVSVR - Verify/Repair - ArchivesDirectory - If the Vault ID is missing from the Enterprise Vault Directory Database - Root table but is present in the Vault Store Database - Vault table.
• EVSVR - Verify/Repair - ArchivesVaultStore- If the Vault ID is missing from the Vault Store Database - Vault table but is present in the Enterprise Vault Directory Database - Root table.
