Cause
This issue is caused by one of the following conditions:
- The user does not have a Primary Email Address.
- The user's Active Directory account is Disabled.
- The user's Mailbox is hidden from the Global Address List.
Resolution
To solve this issue verify the the following information about the user:
- The user has a Primary Email Address.
- The user's Active Directory account is Enabled.
- The user's Mailbox is not hidden from the Global Address List
Issue/Introduction
During Active Directory Synchronization some O365 user mailboxes are not synced. This error can cause the user mailboxes to be unavailable for selection when setting up an O365 Exchange mailbox collection
