Description:
This Enterprise Vault server is running in a building blocks environment and is hosting another Enterprise Vault server.
The Shopping Service data file locations for the following Enterprise Vault servers do not match:

EVServer: C:\EV_Cache\Shopping
EV2.EV.Local: \Shopping

When the Shopping service is hosting another servers Shopping service the data locations configured on both shopping services must match exactly.  When the data file location is selected using a remote Vault Admin Console (VAC) for the Shopping service using the 'Change' button a UNC path will be displayed/configured for the server, this will cause a mismatch even if the location is technically the same.  For example, if the VAC is opened on and connected to EVServer and configures the Shopping service Data file location for EV2 when using the 'Change' button the configured location will display as:

\\EV-SP\C$\EV_Cache\Shopping

Even though the location configured on both Shopping services is the same, they are mis-matched strings.

When changing the Data file locaton, manually edit the location (within the 'Change...' dialog) so that both Shopping services have the same configured location.  Then start the Shopping service on the hosting EV server.
