The customer is not able to use the redact text function when in the Annotate view as shown in the screenshot below:

Cause

The eDiscovery Platform uses Muhimbi v7.2.0.82 in versions prior to v9.1.  This version of Muhimbi may sometimes render the whole document as an image.  Version 9.1 uses Muhimbi version 8.3.2.116.

Resolution

Upgrade eDP to version 9.1 or later.

There are no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in earlier versions of the software at the present time.  However, the issue has been addressed in the revision of the product specified at the end of this article.
