Unable to remove a user from the Role Assignment tab

Cause
There is no option to remove a user in DA from the Role Assignment tab. This is by design.
Resolution
Users listed in the DA Role Assignment tab at the Application level and/or at the Case/Research Folder level will remain in place for future auditing purposes and cannot be removed. Removing the Role or Roles assigned to that user effectively removes the access that user previously had based on the Permissions allocated to the assigned Role(s).
Issue/Introduction
Enterprise Vault (EV) Compliance Accelerator (CA) and Discovery Accelerator (DA) use role-based administration (RBA) to allow access to CA/DA. Roles are assigned to users to determine what they can access and the activities that they can perform based on the Permissions allocated to the Roles. Some Roles are effective at the Application level, across the entire Accelerator system, whereas others apply at the Case level (for DA), Department level (for CA) or Research Folder level (CA and DA) only.
A user can be assigned to multiple Roles at the Application level and/or at the Case/Department/Research Folder level.
If a user is no longer required or needed to be assigned to a Role, the Role can be removed from that user in the Role Assignment tab at the Application level or at the Case/Department/Research Folder level. However, in DA, the user cannot be removed from being listed in the Role Assignment tab at the Application level or at the Case/Research Folder level.
