Discovery Accelerator Analytics does not list recipients in Review tab for SMTP archived items

Cause

In Discovery Accelerator (DA) 12.3.1 or prior, the EmailTo field in the tblIntAnalysedItems table does not get populated for SMTP mails.

Resolution

This issue is fixed by upgrading to Discovery Accelerator 12.4.1.

 

Issue/Introduction

The Review tab of an Analytics enabled Case in Enterprise Vault (EV) Discovery Accelerator (DA) has numerous facets that allow the reviewer to filter the items in Review. The Recipient facet is only displayed when Analytics is enabled for a Case and allows for additional filtering based on Name, Address or Domain. Items archived via SMTP archiving may not show the expected recipients and/or the expected counts of messages per recipient in the Recipient facet. In some cases, no recipients may be listed, indicated by the word None. Items archived via Exchange archiving display as expected in the Recipient facet.
