Description

In many instances, it will be necessary to perform an Advanced Search to filter through the documents of a case to return the items that match a specific criteria.  To perform an Advanced Search, follow the steps below.

1. Click on Analysis & Review
2. Click on Advanced Search
   
   
3. Enter the keywords into the fields that best fits the type of response that is needed:
   
   Any of these words
   All of the words
   The exact phrase
   None of the words
   
   
   
   Note: Multiple lines can be created by the user to make the list of terms easier to view by clicking on the plus sign on the right.
   
   Note: The following image displays the rules and acceptable verbiage that can be entered into the fields.
   
   
    
4. Then click on the Run Search button.
