[#41025] QueryEngine error; CacheLoader returned null for key 0.6.162.1316782504

Resolution

Create a new access profile mimicking the existing one and assign to the affected user using the following steps:

  1. Log into the eDiscovery Platform webpage as a user with Manager or higher level access to the affected case.
  2. Navigate to All Cases
  3. Select the affected case
  4. Select Users
  5. Make a note of the custom access role currently assigned to the affected user and the user being mimicked.
  6. Select Access Profiles
  7. Select the custom access role from step 5.
  8. Make a note of all the permissions granted within the role.  These are to be applied within a new role.
  9. Click Cancel
  10. Click Add
  11. Name the role something appropriate and then apply the permissions from step 8.
  12. Click Submit
  13. Click Users
  14. Select the affected user.
  15. Select the new role from the Access Profile drop down.
  16. Click Save

 

Issue/Introduction

Users running a search in eDiscovery Platform(eDP) with a case using a custom access profile encounter an error.
