Resolution
Create a new access profile mimicking the existing one and assign to the affected user using the following steps:
- Log into the eDiscovery Platform webpage as a user with Manager or higher level access to the affected case.
- Navigate to All Cases
- Select the affected case
- Select Users
- Make a note of the custom access role currently assigned to the affected user and the user being mimicked.

- Select Access Profiles
- Select the custom access role from step 5.
- Make a note of all the permissions granted within the role. These are to be applied within a new role.
- Click Cancel
- Click Add
- Name the role something appropriate and then apply the permissions from step 8.
- Click Submit
- Click Users
- Select the affected user.
- Select the new role from the Access Profile drop down.
- Click Save

Issue/Introduction
Users running a search in eDiscovery Platform(eDP) with a case using a custom access profile encounter an error.
