Description

In Analysis & Review the default settings for a Native Only export creates a single PST that contains all of the items selected in the export. However, the following steps can be used to group messages/files by custodian resulting in multiple PST files:

1. In Analysis & Review select the items for export
2. Go to Actions > Export > Native Only
3. Place a check mark in the option Group messages/files by custodian
4. The Select Custodians button is be used to specify certain custodians
5. Select the option Multiple file
6. Click Export Selected Items

The export location/folder will now contain a PST per selected custodian.
