No items match the current filter. Please modify the filter or try again.

Cause

This issue is typically caused by incorrect filter settings. 

Resolution

To correct the issue, select relevant facet(s) from the facet list.

1. To avoid confusion, click on the Clear button at the top left corner to remove all current filters.

2. Set the Items: All items.

3. Under Dept/Case, select the desired Department/Case. This should list all items available for that particular department/case.

Note: Compliance Accelerator utilizes Departments where as Discovery Accelerator utilizes Cases.

4. Under the filter, select the desired facet(s) such as Date, Capture Date, Author, Search and etc...

5. Once all the desired facets are selected, click on Apply funnel at the top left corner of the Review tab to accept the new filter settings.

Now, only relevant items that match the current filter should be visible from the Review Set.
