[#132017] Unable to delete run history directory for job run 1.5.7.1551943147729191456.

Cause

This is caused by having a file in the job run location open or in use by another program.

Resolution

  1. Ensure any files within the job run folder are not open in any other program (ie Notepad, Notepad++, WinZip, etc)
  2. Ensure the files within the job run folder are not being scanned and locked by antivirus.
  3. Attempt to click the X again.  It should delete this time.

 

Issue/Introduction

Within the eDiscovery Platform user interface, clicking on the X to delete an existing job log will fail and display the error below:
