Cause
An update to the Enterprise Vault.Cloud export server had the unintentional side effect of causing eDiscovery collections from Enterprise Vault.Cloud to fail due to changes in the secure connection process.
Resolution
The issue is resolved in v9.1.1. If eDP is at v9.0 or lower, please upgrade to at least v9.1.1 to resolve this issue.
