Error Message

From the server log:

01/01/2019 12:12:12 [#120001] PDF Merger encountered errors - [#120004] Failure Exception merging PDFs - Cannot run program "D:\pdftools\PDF" as user:esaapplicationserviceaccountCreateProcess failed, File: D:\CW\Vxx\data\esadb

This is caused when either the D:\pdftools\PDF Meld folder or an associated executable within the folder goes missing.

There are 2 possible solutions:

1. Rename the current folder to D:\pdftools\PDF Meld_old, copy the folder and its content of the D:\pdftools\PDF Meld from another server and then retry the failed print job.

OR

1. Run the PDF Meld installer located in the eDP Product Software ZIP downloaded from Veritas.  It can be found in this location:  X:\CW\Installer\distributions\x.x_Installer\packages\pdftools\PDFMeld\10.4.1.14359\pdfmelds64.exe.  (replace X: with the appropriate drive on which the ZIP was extracted)

2. Accept defaults for all prompts.

3. Once the install is finished, retry the failed print job.
