Error Message

The NSFCrawler_output.log will display this message:

ERROR root null - Error: 10009 OS Error:126

Cause

This is caused by the service no longer being able to find the EsaNsfLib.dll.

Resolution

Verify that the following is included in the Path under Environmental Variables and then restart the EsaNsfCrawlerService:

C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\Lotus\Notes\

 

Issue/Introduction

The eDiscovery EsaNsfCrawlerService starts and then immediately stops.
