Cause
This is caused by having a very large amount of data in the eDP case backup location. When the tab is selected, eDP has to enumerate the entire backup folder and its contents.
Resolution
- Move some of the archived cases from the existing backup folder to another location.
- Move the backup location to a new folder.
Issue/Introduction
Clicking on the All Processing tab causes the eDiscovery (eDP) server CPU usage to spike to 100% for long periods of time.
