Cause
One or more export batches did not send all of the requested EML messages.
Resolution
- Copy and execute the task again.
- Lower the scope of the task, to limit the quantity of batch job requests. This action will lower the number of failure points and increase the success rate of each EV.cloud collection task.
This can be accomplished by either lowering the number of custodians/archives or limit the keywords or date range.
Note: The larger the scope/size of the export, the more EV Cloud export servers are involved.
