Cause
In a Cluster/Distributed Architecture environment, it is required to specify an external location for exports with the following property changing the local drive to a UNC path.
Resolution
Add a UNC path for exports to write the data:
1. Log into the eDP webpage as a user with administrative rights.
2. System > support features > property browser.
3. In Name of property to change place esa.export.joboutput.external
4. In New value (leave blank to remove) place \\servername\path
NOTE: Replace \\servername\path with your appropriate UNC path.
5. Put a check in Confirm change. Are you sure?*
6. Click submit.
