Attempts to use Domino Administrator and perform the 'Find Note' function for the Note ID reported in event ID 41206 will also result in pop up stating "You are not authorized to perform that operation". 

The issue has been known to occur on specific documents that are created with a custom form where security is applied to the form itself that prevent EV for Domino Archiving ID from opening it up. This will occur even if the EV for Domino Archiving ID has all the Manager Access to the NSF file. 

The Domino Archiving ID must be given access to the customized forms in order to be archived.
