ERROR SCPUrlLister - Exception: Failed to obtain the computer site name.
ERROR SCPUrlLister - System.DirectoryServices.ActiveDirectory.ActiveDirectoryObjectNotFoundException: The computer is not in a site.
 

 

Cause

The eDP/Clearwell server is not a member of a Site.  The eDP/Clearwell server must be a member of a Site in order to contact an Exchange server that can service an AutoDiscovery request.  The response from the AutoDiscovery request is used to build the profile needed to collect from the Exchange mailboxes.

 

Resolution

Place the eDP/Clearwell server into an Active Directory Site using AD Sites and Services.

 

Issue/Introduction

The Exchange Collection task fails with a profile error after the job status log indicates the process has started collecting mailbox=xyz
