Description

There may be times when there is a need to prevent eDiscovery Platform(eDP) from sending FTP requests outside of the eDP server.

Directions

1. Log into eDP webpage.
2. System > Support Features > Property Browser
3. In the Name of property to change field put the following:
esa.common.upgrade.radio.url
4. In the New value (leave blank to remove) field put the following:
NONE
5. Put a check in Confirm change. Are you sure?*
6. Click Submit.

To verify FTP is now disabled, go to System > Patches.
It should present an error that states Unable to check for updates because the URL "NONE" is malformed.
