[#71000] Admin Services Error : Unexcepted error while processing segment items - Unknown column 't_exchange_fileset_23769.ARCHIVE_ID' in 'field list'
Cause
Newer versions of the product added a new column (Archive_ID) in tables within the Collection_Rslt database. This new column is required when generating new collection sets.
Resolution
Execute a new EV Discovery.
If the Enterprise Vault module is not installed, please contact Veritas Technical Support for assistance.
Issue/Introduction
When customer attempts to create a Collection Set an error is generated that column Archive_ID is unknown. When creating a Collection Set using only Collection Tasks that were run after the upgrade are successful.
