2018-10-10 10:10:10,001 WARN [cms.sharepoint.SPItemCollector] (Thread-28:) [#422287] Could not collect from Folder http://
2018-10-10 10:10:10,002 WARN [STDERR] (Thread-28:) com.teneo.esa.common.connectors.sharepoint.exception.SharePointBaseException: ::faultcode => soap:Server::faultstring => Exception of type 'Microsoft.SharePoint.SoapServer.SoapServerException' was thrown.::detail => The query cannot be completed because the number of lookup columns it contains exceeds the lookup column threshold enforced by the administrator.0x80070093
The lookup column is set to a default of either 8 or 12 joins per query, depending on the version of SharePoint. The more complex the query, the more joins are initiated. Document views routinely exceed the default limits because of the variety of possible attributes (columns) assigned to documents, resulting in the above noted error.
The SharePoint administrator can manually increase the List View Lookup Threshold limit or set a time frame to override the 'List View lookup Threshold' by checking the box 'Enable a daily time window for large queries' and setting the start time and duration (see Figure 1). This allows the limit to remain intact during business hours.
The eDP user schedules the SharePoint collection task to run during the override time window.
