Cause
This is by design. The Last Sent date in the All Hold Notices window is only updated for Custodian and System Admin notices. Repeating Status Reminders, Scheduled Reminders and Scheduled Escalations are not notices and, therefore, their Last Sent date is not shown in this window.
Resolution
Repeating Status Reminder, Scheduled Reminder and Scheduled Escalation information is available in the Legal Hold Activity report, generated by clicking the Export this page button at the bottom left of the Legal Hold status page.
Issue/Introduction
Repeating Status Reminders, Scheduled Reminders and Scheduled Escalations do not update the Last Sent column in the All Hold Notices window of the Legal Hold Status page.
