Unable to retrieve content, the source cannot be found.
1. In a Distributed Architecture (DA) or a Legacy Cluster environment, the worker node doesn't have permissions to access the D:\CWShared folder on the master server.
2. Antivirus scanning files while Clearwell is accessing the item.
3. The original source item is corrupted.
1. From the server where the original source resides, using Windows Explorer, ensure the D:\CWShared folder is shared and proper permissions are configured so it can be accessed from the worker nodes per the eDP Distributed Architecture guideline as this folder contains repository for items during the retrieval process.
2. Ensure the Antivirus files/folders exclusion is properly configured.
3. Try open the item using another application. For instance, if the item is in the pst, try open the pst via Outlook or run SCANPST to fix the pst.
