Description: Could not archive an item because the archive has exceeded its quota. The source will not be archived until you increase or remove the quota on the archive.
Cause
The issue is caused as the Archive usage limit gets exceeded.
Resolution
The Archive size limit is configured on the Site level as well as on the Archive level.
Go to the affected user’s archive properties and check the Archive limit status:
You need to increase the Limit archive usage on the individual Archive properties or you can increase the Archive size limit on Site properties which will be applied to all the archives.
