Cause

This issue can be caused by the Outlook profile on the EV server using Exchange Cached Mode to connect to the public folder.

Resolution

Remove the Cached Exchange Mode from the EV server Outlook profile using the following steps:

1.  Open outlook -> Go to File
2.  Select Account settings -> Account settings
3.  Double click on the name and uncheck the box which states "Use Cached Exchange Mode to download email to an Outlook data file" 

Note:  Reboot of EV server might be needed.
