Cause
EML items that have been archived into an Exchange journal mailbox and found in CA Random Sampling or CA or DA searches are put into the CA/DA Customer database with their proper file extension (EML) and the archive type (Exchange). The export process takes into account the archive type instead of the file extension. When any items are stored in an Exchange journal archive, they are exported as MSG files.

Issue/Introduction
SMTP archived emails (EML files) that are archived into an Exchange journal archive are exported by Compliance Accelerator (CA) or Discovery Accelerator (DA) as Exchange mails (MSG files) with the EML file as an attachment regardless of the export specifying to original type or PST.
