Cause
The query executed to gather the data for the display does not exclude the non-existent EV Archives.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in 9.5.2 and above.
Issue/Introduction
Even though several EV Archives no longer exist within the Enterprise Vault environment, the EV Search Results page displays all archive information past and present. In figure 1, there are only 195 EV mailbox archives active (five have been deleted from the EV environment), yet the display continues to display 200 EV mailbox archives.
