Error Message
No related errors as such. This behavior is to be seen from EV 12.4 onwards. Tested with 12.4, 12.5, and confirmed that the issue persists.
Cause
In 12.4 & 12.5, when EV post-processes messages lying in DRAFTS having these custom forms, the original content of the form is lost. In the archive upon performing a search, the form remains intact with contents inside it.
Resolution
This issue has been addressed in Enterprise Vault 12.5.2.
