Cause

Changes were implemented in the CA 12.5.0 report templates to accommodate for changes in CA.  When a previous version's report templates are still present, the expected labels reporting the message types and directions can not displayed due to those CA changes.  No changes were made to the report templates in the 12.5.1 release so use of the 12.5.0 report templates expected.

Resolution

Upload the CA 12.5.0 Report Templates per the CA Installation Instructions document as follows:

16. Use the Accelerator Manager website to upload the Compliance Accelerator report templates to your SQL reporting server.

Compliance Accelerator 12.5 includes some updates to existing report templates. To make the updated templates available, you must upload them to your reporting server.

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Compliance Accelerator (CA) from any 12.4.0 or prior version to 12.5.0 or 12.5.1, the Review Activity Summary report returns information without any message type or direction labels present.
