The built in classification pattern "Turkey Person Identification Number" does not work as expected in Veritas Information Classifier (VIC) and returns false positives

Cause
Veritas Information Classifier classification definition has been confirmed with the problem that "Turkey Person Identification Number" also identifies such numbers which starts with '0' (zero) as a match to the classification pattern, and it should not be the case.
Resolution
This issue has been addressed in the version:
Enterprise Vault 12.5.2
