Cause
This can be caused by the internet security settings on the eDP Server. "You are using an unsupported browser".
Solution
Enterprise Mode in Internet Explorer needs to be disabled.
Steps to be taken:
1. Check if the IE version installed is compatible with eDP version installed. (Refer to Compatibility Matrix)
2. Verify if "Enterprise Mode" is checked on IE under Tools menu.
3. Uncheck the "Enterprise Mode" option and restart the browser.
Note: With eDP 9.5 version, Microsoft Edge is supported in Microsoft Edge (Chromium). Ensure to upgrade Edge browser to Microsoft Edge (Chromium) to stop this pop-up message.See: BrowserCompatibilityChart
