Resolution
This issue has been addressed in Enterprise Vault 14.1.2. Refer Download Center for upgrade.
Issue/Introduction
When using Outlook 2019 Volume License (VL) and some newer Outlook 2016 Click To Run (CTR) versions, the OMA icons do not show thereby displaying an empty/blank box.
