com.teneo.esa.icp.collection.EsiCollectionException: [#422228] Could not delete task 0.27.6.1
Caused by: com.teneo.esa.icp.esipackage.EsiPackageException: [#424230] Unable to delete package data directory: \\OldServerName\CollectionData\MatterName\0.27.6.1-20200507-112954-510.  Please ensure that it is reachable and not in use.

Cause

Data related to the EV Hold tasks was moved to a new location and eDP 'Move' function was not employed prior to the move.  All pointers within the eDP database continue to point to the original preservation server.

Resolution

Note:  Please contact Veritas Technical Support in order to switch the status of the 'release_failed'; this will allow for
a new attempt to delete the task after the following steps have been accomplished.

1. Create the new preservation location under All Cases > Locations > Add

2. Use the 'Move' feature to point the Collection to the new Location.

3. Once the Veritas TSE has reverted the status of the task back to 'SUCCESS', the deletion should be successful.
