The Footer Information is not transferred to the existing Legal Hold Notices, during the upgrade process

Workaround:
Copy the Global Legal Hold Settings, Footer information.  Add that information to each of the individual Legal Hold settings.

Global Legal Hold Settings:

Legal Hold Settings:  Select the Legal Hold link.  When the new page is displayed, select Settings. and paste in the information.

There are no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in earlier versions of the software at the present time.  However, the issue has been addressed in the revision of the product specified at the end of this article.

This issue is resolved by upgrading to version 9.5.1 or higher.
