Issue/Introduction

Administrators may notice that on occasion an index volume will become very large. For example if the setting "Maximum items in a journal index volume" is set to 5,000,000 and the volume shows a total of 8 million items when viewing in Index Volumes Browser. Index Volumes Browser may show 1,000,000 'Indexed Items' and 7,000,000 'Missing Items".
