Cause

This issue occurred after installing Flexera Software Corporate Software Inspector Agent (7.6.0.11) on the file server.  

Resolution

Removing the Flexera Software Corporate Software Inspector Agent (7.6.0.11) from the file server allowed the recalls to occur without error.

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to recall an Enterprise Vault (EV) File System Archiving (FSA) placeholder from a Windows file server this error may occur if Flexera Software Corporate Software Inspector Agent is installed.
