Messages sent 'on behalf of sender' when rendered into near native in eDiscovery Platform do not display on the 'on behalf of sender' field

Cause

This is caused by the eDP using Muhimibi to render the message into near native.  Muhimbi does not support the on behalf of field at this time.

Resolution

There are currently no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. While this issue may be resolved in a future major revision of the software at a later time, it is not currently scheduled for any release.  If you feel this issue has a direct business impact for you and your continued use of the product, please contact your Veritas Sales representative or the Veritas Sales group to discuss these concerns.

Issue/Introduction

When an email that was sent using the on behalf of option is processed into the eDiscovery Platform (eDP), while in review mode and using native view, it will not display on behalf of sender@emailaddress.com in the near native render window. However, both the native view and text view windows show the on behalf of sender@emailaddress.com.
