com.teneo.esa.common.database.PersistenceException: [#80031] JDBC get connection failed : Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
Cause
This is caused by a mismatch between the MySQL Root user password within MySQL and what eDP has stored for the MySQL Root user password internally.
Resolution
1. Obtain previous MySQL root password.
2. Contact Veritas to open a support case.

Unable to access eDiscovery Platform (eDP) User Interface (UI) after services restart or server reboot. Also, the catalina log shows the server started up successfully. Example:
