Run the FixMAPI utility tool on affected EV server.

          FixMAPI utility can be accessed via any of below two methods.

                    a: Navigate through C:\Windows\System32, Double click on fixmapi.exe

                    b: Open Command Prompt, set directory path to C:\Windows\System32,  type fixmapi.exe and Hit enter

          Note: This command is instantaneous and provides no confirmation that it is completed, this is normal.

Reboot the EV server.
