In this instance, it appears there were corrupted MAPI profiles.
Perform the following steps
1. Stop the Enterprise Vault Task Controller Service
2. Go to Control Panel > Mail (32 bit)
3. Click on Show Profiles and delete all profiles beginning with EV__ as they should not remain
4. Restart all Enterprise Vault services, including the Task Controller Service
5. Run the wizard again
