EML and MSG files do not export as expected in Discovery Accelerator (DA) when the archive type is File System (FSA).

This behavior has been changed in Enterprise Vault (EV) version 12.3.2 to reflect the expected export sub-folder for .EML and .MSG file types.

Issue/Introduction

.EML and .MSG files from File System Archiving (FSA) archives are exported to the [Export Name]\Messages\Exchange directory instead of the [Export Name]\File System\[server.domain.com]\[Share] directory as expected. When exporting from a case containing only File System archives, the export options should appear as shown below:

When exporting from a case containing items from both Exchange and FSA archives, The 'Microsoft Exchange' option should be available. FSA-only cases may have the 'Microsoft Exchange' checkbox option available if .EML or .MSG files are present in the case. This redirects the export to use the Microsoft Exchange sub-folder instead of the File System sub-folder for these file types.
